**Current Processing Time is 5-7 Business Days**

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, our turnaround time is the amount of time that we need to make your order. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

After your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.

HARTWOOD DESIGN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES AFTER A PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED WITH USPS. Please contact your local post office if your package is taking longer than usual to arrive.
