Refund Policy
Damaged Items:
Please email: shaina@hartwooddesign.co with a photo of your damaged item & your order number within 5 days of receiving your package & we will exchange your item for a new one. We may ask that you return your damaged item to us.
Hartwood Design does not offer refunds on any orders. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at shaina@hartwooddesign.co within 5 days of receiving your order with your refund request. You can return for an exchange or shop credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
